Pinky Anand

Pinky Anand

Dr Pinky Anand is a designated Senior Advocate and is the incumbent Additional Solicitor General of India. A Doctorate of Law, graduate of the Harvard Law School and an Inlaks scholar, Honorary Professor at Amity Law School, she is the second woman in India to have been awarded this high Constitutional Law office. She is the Vice President of Bar Association of India, Country Councillor (India) LAWASIA and Chair ADR committee (Business Law Section, Lawasia and Governing Body Member of Indian Council of Arbitration. She was the Speaker in UNCITRAL Flagship Conference in Incheon, Republic of Korea, 2016 and Lawasia observer to 66th UNCITRAL Conference on Working Group II (Dispute Settlement) at New York 2017. She has authored two books published by Thomson Reuters and Penguin.

She headed the All India Legal Team of BJP for several years and was the Spokesperson of BJP.  She was representing the party at all levels. She has worked tirelessly for the cause of rule of law and social development and has achieved numerous milestones in her endeavour be it for the development of the country, right of free speech, eradication of malpractices or the protection of children.
